What makes Air Max different than many hvac companies in our market? I would say that I, Brian Loughrige (owner) am different because of whom I serve when “we” go out to work on air conditioning. My staff and I seek to give glory to Jesus Christ our savior and “work as unto the Lord” found in Colossians 3:23. This means that our boss is Jesus Christ and our commitment to excellence is for his glory, his kingdom and our customers reap the benefits of this worldview. So am I saying that washing a condenser coil on a crusty air conditioner is a religious experience? Well no, it’s usually hot, dirty and sometime difficult work but it is done with excellence and to the best of our ability, and yes it is done to show the customer, community and others that Jesus Christ is worthy, our very best efforts, like he is the recipient of this work, but the homeowner gets the best we can provide. Do we always succeed and are we “holier than thou”? No. I’m just an owner technician who strives to do my very best and frequently fail in word and deed. I am a sinner saved by faith in Christ alone, by grace of Christ alone. Lamentations 3:22-24 says that I am not consumed because of God’s loving kindness that never fails, they are new every morning, great is his faithfulness, God is my portion and hope says my soul. So what does that mean for you the customer? It means that I will not steal, lie, cheat, swindle or intentionally harm you or your property while working on your air conditioning. I am bound by Gods loving kindness to do the very best for you whether it makes financial sense or not. If you are not satisfied with our service, repair, parts or product I don’t want your money, I want you to be comfortable and pleased with Air Max Heating & Cooling, so I will give your money back, continue to work until you are satisfied, or not charge you for the work we just completed. I’d say that is what makes Air Max different than most hvac companies. We can be reached at 601-939-0015 office or www.airmax.ms.
